For general COVID-19 questions in the SLV, call, 719-480-8719. If you have symptoms, call Rio Grande Hospital at 719-657-4990, the SLV Health Respiratory Clinic at 719-589-2511 extension 9, or Valley Wide Health Systems at (719) 589-3658. Do not call 911 with questions, only call 911 if you are experiencing an emergency.

If you tested positive for COVID-19 or if you develop a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, call one of the numbers in the graphic to the left to get tested, and then make sure to stay away from others (isolate yourself). How to isolate.

If you don’t have symptoms but know you have been in close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has symptoms (fever, coughing, shortness of breath), call one of the numbers to the left and let the person know you’ve been exposed so you can get tested. During this time you should quarantine yourself, even if the test results come back negative. How to quarantine.

If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. Tell the dispatcher your symptoms.
